- Rarely (1 point)
- Sometimes (2 points)
- Often (3 points)
- Very often (4 points)
Result Interpretation
- ✅ 0–13 points: Low Risk – Your current risk of cardiovascular disease is low.
- ⚠️ 14–26 points: Moderate Risk – Some risk factors are present; improvement is recommended.
- 🔥 27 points or more: High Risk – Immediate lifestyle changes or health management may be necessary.
